My first proper solid bodied electric was a Sumbro silver glitter Les Paul. £50 if I remember correctly.<br />It was quite a heavy guitar with a decent tone, pickups maybe not that great. But then nor was I.<br />I wish I still had it....or even a photo of it!<br />I think I 'upgraded' to a bog standard Fender Tele which turned out to be a bit of a shit one.
